• If a cancellation occurs after booking into a class, payment must be made for all classes up until the cancellation date plus a $30 cancellation fee.
• Class payment will only be put on hold or transferred to the following term due to injury or medical condition. Medical certificate required.
• If classes are missed you are encouraged to make up your missed class at another session throughout the week.
• Make up classes MUST be utilized throughout the same term as classes missed and WILL NOT be carried through to the following term.
