Get out of the house and join us for some mum / bub gentle exercise and fun with plenty of chaos!
Sarah has developed an original and enjoyable class/program that allows mums to get a workout as they are enjoying a music and movement session with their child/children.
Mums improve their posture, cardiovascular fitness, strength, tone and flexibilty all while bonding with their child.
The program is endorsed by the Warragul Maternal Child and Health Centre with Mayhem being introduced into a variety of their organised playgroups and programs.

Zumba - Ditch the workout , join the party!
We all know the popularity of this dance fitness phenomenon! Don’t get lost in the crowd in our classes however, as they are limited to 2o!

Booty Camp - is a little like Zumba, however the moves are a little more intricate! Participants love it as they “feel like they are in a filmclip!” The class concludes with Pilates conditioning and stretch and leaves you feeling sensational!

-Yoga - Yoga Flow classes will link breath to movement to make you glow.
Build strength, get lean, increase flexibility and cultivate mindfulness.
