Sarah has been a professional dancer, dance teacher, choreographer and entertainer for over 20 years.
She is fully qualified as a dance teacher and has taught from toddlers to professionals throughout Australia and overseas.
Sarah is an Accredited Pilates instructor (Member of the Pilates Institute Australasia)
She is also certified in Children's fitness and Nutrition and Personal Training. Sarah is also a ZIN Zumba instructor and also has all of the necessary working with Children ncertification and checks.
Sarah initially trained with Allen Menezes at the Pilates Institute to become a Pilates instructor. She has then complemented and broadened her training with the Stott and Basi Pilates methods.
Sarah is passionate about Pilates and loives to see her clients receive the many amazing benefits that come with introducing Pilates into your life. Sarah firmly believes it was Pilates that allowed her to have dream pregnancies, births and recoveries with her two children Malachi Jett and Zanna Bo.
Sarah is proud to introduce you to Studio Samsara a place where she can share her love of Dance, Pilates, Health and Wellbeing with all who attend. |

The qualified and experienced teaching staff at Samsara have led extensive professional careers including International Stage Shows, West End Musicals, International Choreographic Awards, TV, Film and Adjudication.
Having taught Dance both throughout Australia and overseas for over 18 years they are now also proud of the vast number of past students following a similar path and dancing professionally around the world.
Having led careers spanning many continents, Samsara is lucky to have teaching staff who have returned to their hometown of Warragul to share their expertise and passion with the young members of the community.
All teachers are qualified and accredted in their chosen genre and share the same belief in our Samsara Dance Philosophy -
